Has it really only been three weeks?

I can't believe it's only been three weeks since I got the braces on.  In some ways I've gotten used to them.  In some ways I don't think I'll ever get used to them.

I know it's only been three weeks, but I'm a little frustrated.  I had hoped to see SOMETHING move.  At this point I'm worse off than I was before I started this whole process as I had three more teeth at that point.  I want these holes filled in NOW!!

Eating is still difficult due to the gaps in my teeth and the pressure put on the wires when trying to chew.  It hasn't gotten better at all really.  Food bits still get stuck in the extraction sites.  I can't wait to go back to the ortho to get the powerchains on to start really moving these teeth.  My next appointment is 5/9, but I don't know if I can wait that long!
